only in expert ? does the master mode have a higher drop chance ?

Weil drops the item in both Expert as Master difficulty.

Higher chance of the mob spawning in master mode than in expert mode. Not sure on the drop rate, but even if the mob spawns, not guaranteed that the mat will drop. So may have to do a few runs before getting it.
Can buy it from Trading Office if you get fed up with trying to farm it.
